The boots delivered are beautiful however had a very clear stitching fault on the front. My email was responded to by telling me it's not really a fault and to cut the long thread off. However if I did this, the other very clear stitching fault would still remain and might even unravel... I wasn't comfortable in cutting the thread so returned the boots,and despite the fault I was deducted another £3.99 return postage charge... Really not fair...I'd definitely not recommend this company for this reason.
