UK Delivery Options

Important Delivery Notes

• Order Cut-off Times: 
• All orders placed before before 3pm Monday–Friday will be discpatched same day.
• For Expressed Tracked (1–2 day services) orders must be placed before 3pm Monday–Friday.
• Saturday Delivery: Must be placed before 2pm Friday.
• Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
• Orders placed after cut-off on Monday -Thursday will be dispatch the following working day.
• Any orders placed on a Friday after cut-off time will be dispatched following Monday unle its a Bank Holiday. In which case it will be dispatched the following working day.
• Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
• Please ensure delivery details are correct; reshipment fees may apply for returned parcels.

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.

Miss Moda Luxe cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of you asking the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe space or any other specific delivery instructions or due to the wrong address provided at the time order was placed.
