UK Delivery Options

Important Delivery Notes

Order Cut-off Times: 

·         All orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched same day.

·         Delivery time frames exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

·         Orders placed after cut-off on Monday -Thursday will be dispatch the following working day.

·         Any orders placed on a Friday after cut-off time or over weekend will be dispatched following Monday unless it’s a Bank Holiday. In which case it will be dispatched the following working day.

·         Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.

·         Please ensure delivery details are correct; reshipment fees may apply for returned parcels.

·         Any orders returned back to us due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery will incur a £3.99 charge

Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel is missing, we recommend first checking with other household members or neighbors in case they’ve accepted the parcel on your behalf. 

If you are still unable to locate your parcel please contact us with your order number & delivery address so we can reach out to the delivery company on your behalf.

You have up to 10 days to report any lost or stolen parcels. After this time we can not accept any claims, and you will have to contact the carrier service yourself to start investigation

International Delivery

Important International Delivery Notes

• Cut off time for your order to be dispatched same day is 1.00 pm gmt
• Delivery time frames exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
• Customs fees and VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For details, contact your local customs office.

Please Note For International Delivery Only: If you are using PayPal as your method of payment. They can take up to 7 days to process your payment into our bank account. if you are wishing for your item to be sent as soon as possible we recommend paying by other methods of payment available to you via checkout.

Liability

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.

All orders are shipped using a tracked and signed-for delivery service. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.

If your parcel is returned and you would like it re-sent, a re delivery fee of £3.99 will apply. Alternatively, if you choose to receive a refund, the original delivery cost will be deducted and delivery returned charge will be deducted to the value of £7.98, as the delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the parcel.

Please note that carriers typically send notifications regarding your delivery schedule. We recommend using the provided link or downloading the carrier’s app to manage your delivery preferences or reschedule if needed.

Miss Moda Luxe cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if you ask the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe space or any other specific delivery instructions or due to the wrong address provided at the time order was placed.
