Need to return an item to Miss Moda Luxe. Don’t worry our policy stands at a 14 day returns.
- You can print your easy returns label here: Print my label/Create my QR code (please note this service is £3.99 and will be deducted from the total refund)
- Attach the label to the parcel and drop it at your local post office. The post office will give you a receipt for your drop off, please retain this as this is your proof of postage.
- No printer? No biggie! You can also get the label sent to your phone via email and get it printed off for you at your local royal mail service point. For this you can create a label as normal and the QR code will be sent via email.
- Please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please make sure you original label is covered up or crossed out.
- The original postage cost is non-refundable, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf or you have an issue with your item.
- If you choose not to use our returns label we recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If you choose to use our returns label £3.99 will be deducted from your total refund to cover postage costs.
- Please take care when trying on garments/shoes to make sure that you do not leave perfume, deodorant, make up stains or marks on the items.
- WHEN RETURNING SHOES PLEASE ENSURE THEY ARE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX PLACED INSIDE A PARCEL BAG AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF WEAR, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TAPE OR WRITE DIRECTLY ONTO THE SHOE BOX AS A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED OFF THE REFUND AMOUNT TO COVER THE COST OF A NEW BOX.
- Please also ensure that they are returned in their correct box if multiple pairs have been ordered.
- Items will be checked over by our returns team to ensure there are no signs of wear, items must be returned in a resalable condition.
- We recommend that you return the parcel using recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
- Returns postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The item(s) are your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Refunds can take up to 14 days from us receiving your parcel to be processed.
- Any items which are worn, damaged or stained by consumer
- Items that have label/tags removed
- Not in original packaging
- Halloween/Christmas novelty items (gloves, headbands etc.)
- Beauty products, slippers, underwear, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
