Delivery Information:

• Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
• Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery usually delivered between 1-2 days on all UK orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. 
• If Next day delivery is selected after 3pm on Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
• Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery usually delivered between 3-5 days on all UK orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. 
• Free Delivery will be sent via Royal mail tracked 48 hour delivery. 
• If you are qualified free delivery but decide to returned some of the item(s) for any reason other than faulty or wrong items, the original postage of £3.99 standard delivery will be deducted from the refund of the items you returned.
• DPD Express delivery usually delivered next working day with your 1 hour time slot only if you provide your mobile number. On occasions this may take 2 days if there is a issue with the courier service. This service is only available for all UK orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. 
• Please note Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed with Royal Mail due to their skeleton staff. Order Thursday before 3PM for guaranteed Next Day delivery in time for the weekend. 

 

Please contact us within 24 hours if you have received a text message or email from Royal Mail to state your item has been delivered and you cannot locate it so we can investigate this with the courier as soon as possible. 

Miss Moda Luxe cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier or due to the wrong address provided at the time order was placed.
