Customer service was disappointing

The boots are lovely however one of them had a distinction, the insole of the shoe was clued on wrong making it uncomfortable to wear. I wanted to send them back so I wrote customer service and they haven’t replied for a few days after asking me to send a photo with the issue which I did immediately.
Once there was no response I went back to customer service trying to return the boots but the same thing happened. Really frustrating.

I got these for my granddaughter and she loves them, got her two pairs one with a wedge and one with a heel she said they hurt her feet so I said that’s what happens when you wear them for a long time. But there was an issue that I wasn’t happy with as it says on the item where you buy them that they are LEATHER but they are actually only made of PU.
